Returns Policy

At Vedvital Ayurveda LLP, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (Ayurvedic consumables and personal care), our return policy is strict to ensure hygiene and safety.

1. General Policy

We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind," "Incorrect Selection," or personal preference.
Returns are accepted ONLY if the item you received is:
  • Defective / Damaged (e.g., bottle broken, seal tampered)
  • Expired
  • Incorrect Item (Wrong product delivered)

2. Return Window

Please inspect your order upon reception. We kindly request that you report any damaged, defective, or expired products within 7 days of delivery so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return for the reasons listed above:
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Items should be unused (unless opening the package was necessary to discover the defect or expiration).
  • You must provide proof of defect (clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the shipping label).

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@vedvital.com or WhatsApp/Call +91 8571044672 (Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 6 PM).
  2. Include your Order ID and Photos/Video of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify the issue within 48 hours.

5. Return Shipping & Costs

Since we only accept returns for company errors (Defective/Wrong Item):
  • Return Shipping Fee: Free. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
  • Restocking Fee: ₹0.00 (No Fee).

6. Exchanges

We strictly do not offer exchanges for different products or sizes. If you received a defective item, we will simply process a Refund or send a Replacement of the exact same item, depending on your preference and stock availability.

7. Refunds

Once the return is verified:
  • We will notify you of the approval.
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders: You will need to provide your bank account or UPI details to receive the refund. We do not offer cash refunds.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Email info@vedvital.com immediately to request cancellation.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
