ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND FULFILLMENT

All orders submitted through the Website are subject to acceptance by Vedvital. The receipt of an order confirmation by email or SMS does not signify our acceptance nor does it constitute a binding agreement.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order due to:
  • Product unavailability
  • Inaccuracies in pricing/product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Bulk/reseller ordering
  • Shipping limitations
In case an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully processed, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method, subject to payment gateway processing time.

PRODUCT DETAILS & PRICING

We strive to maintain accurate product data, descriptions, and pricing on vedvital.com. However:
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST wherever applicable
  • In case of pricing errors due to technical or manual input, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders
  • Variations in product packaging or visuals may occur
  • Results from the use of Ayurvedic products may vary by individual. Please consult your medical practitioner before use, especially in case of allergies or pre-existing conditions

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept the following payment methods:
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
  • UPI (PhonePe, BHIM, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Razorpay
  • Cashfree
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
All online payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. Vedvital never stores sensitive payment credentials.
In the event of a failed or reversed transaction, or double deduction, please notify support immediately for resolution.
In case of COD orders, repeated misuse (e.g., order without acceptance) may result in account suspension.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • We ship across India via third-party courier partners
  • Estimated delivery times: 3--7 working days, depending on your pincode
  • Tracking details will be sent via email/SMS post-shipping
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders up to ₹9,999
  • Orders once shipped cannot be modified or cancelled

Returns & Replacements:

Returns are accepted only if:
  • Product delivered is damaged, wrong or defective
  • A return ticket is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
We do not accept returns on opened, consumed or customized products.

PROMOTIONS, COUPONS & OFFERS

  • Promotional codes, cashback offers, and discount deals may be subject to eligibility
  • Vedvital reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice
  • Coupons cannot be refunded or reused once applied
  • Offers may be valid only for online prepaid orders

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

❗ Vedvital Ayurveda LLP shall not be held responsible for:
  • Delays in shipping due to force majeure events
  • Losses due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Reactions or medical side effects post product usage (as advised, consult a physician before use)
  • Temporary Website downtime due to server maintenance or technical issues
To the maximum extent permissible under law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid by the user.

HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Vedvital Ayurveda LLP offers healthcare and wellness products based on Ayurvedic principles. Products are not medicinal in nature and not a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
